Review the details, organise your receipts and explore your spending.
An animated tour made from real Android test-app screenshots captured in September 2026. Fictional example data; current screens may differ. No sound.
A receipt detail screen keeps the original image and purchase details together. A magnified edit form shows the merchant, date, total and GST for checking and correction. Receipt type and category controls help organise records; Team access depends on membership. A separate example Reports screen shows period, type and category filters with a spending summary. The tour ends with the receipt record. Android and iPhone apps are in testing.

Photograph a receipt and let text recognition help with the merchant, date, total and GST. Review and edit the details before you confirm; keep unfinished work as a draft.
In the Android test app, capture a long or multi-page receipt across several photos. Review the pages together and keep one organised record, with the images ready to inspect.
Choose Personal or Business independently of the spending category. Optionally split personal and business use while keeping the original total and recorded GST. Find receipts by merchant, date or category.
Browse monthly summaries and choose a reporting period. Review the matching receipts, share a CSV or export receipts with business use to Excel with receipt images.
Keep Team receipts in a dedicated workspace with an eligible Team plan. Member access and roles help determine who can see and manage shared records.
The latest Android test update flags possible duplicates for Personal and Business receipts. View the existing record, return to your draft or choose to save anyway.
02 / CARE IN EVERY DETAIL
Recognition helps with the first pass.
You stay in control of the details you keep.
Open and zoom the receipt image while checking your records. Correct a merchant, date or amount when recognition gets it wrong. Missing GST is yours to check, not a value to guess.
For eligible signed-in accounts, cloud sync helps back up saved receipt details and images. Check the app’s sync status; uploads need a connection and may need a retry.
Check receipt images and exports before sharing names, addresses or payment details. The receipt on this page is fictional and contains no customer information.
03 / GOOD QUESTIONS
A little help before you get started.
AU Receipt is in testing on Android and iPhone. Access is currently limited to invited testers. Public download links will appear here when available; features can differ by platform and test version.
AU Receipt management happens in the mobile app. This website helps you explore the product and find the right app for your phone.
The app reads receipt text to help fill in the merchant, date, total and GST where recognised. Check the image, correct the details and confirm before saving. Recognition can make mistakes; missing amounts may need to be entered by you.
In the current Android test app, you can capture multiple pages as one receipt, review their order and keep them together. The distributed iPhone test app currently uses single-photo capture.
Yes. Personal and Business receipt types help organise your private records separately from spending categories. With an eligible Team plan and membership, you can also work with Team receipts. Team access depends on your role and membership.
Use Reports to choose a period and review matching receipts before sharing a CSV. Business reports also support an Excel workbook with receipt images. Check the records and GST values before using an export for bookkeeping; AU Receipt does not determine tax deductibility.
The latest Android test update warns about possible duplicates when confirming Personal or Business receipts. You can inspect the existing receipt, return to your draft or choose to save anyway. Duplicate detection is a helpful check, not a guarantee.
No. Use the mobile app to manage your receipts. This website does not accept personal receipt uploads or provide a customer dashboard.
